I just upgraded from 5.0 to 6.1 and the only thing I cannot open is the caculator. When I try to open it I get " The file "calc" cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certifiate, or one of its components cannot be found. if the problem persits, try reinstalling or restoring the file" . The program worked prior to up grading. The only CD I have is the original 5.0 that came with the PDA. I am also having the same problem with the home button, I get the same message. Would either soft reset or a hard reset hellp? do not want to brick the unit that is why all the questions.
Any suggestions would be apreciated. Thank you , bluegold

I tried to start my Axim today and it started at the dell screen, like if you did a reset. But, it won't finish booting up. I tried a hard reset and it's the same thing. I did the diagnostics but everything passed. What would be the next step? Oh, it's still a factory dell rom. I think it's R12 but I can't check to be absolutely sure.

Thanks for your help.
