Angry Axim x51 and SDW-821

I purchased a SDW-821 to use in my Axim and everything says it should work together but it does not reconize the card, i loaded WM6.0 and it still does not reconize the card. Does anyone know what i am doing wrong.

Go to the companies home page and download the WM 5 or WM 6 drivers depending on which version you are running. It will the work perfectly. I have that on my brothers X51 low with Lenny's A03 and it is faster than the wireless thats built into the X51v with instance connections similar to the iPod Touch.

If you have the X51 low it has no wireless hence the need for a card. The X51 mid and X51v both include built in Wireless B, but can run Wireless G with the Card. The card my be broken but I'm not sure. What version of Windows Mobile are you running?

Ok I went to the company website and downloaded the WM 6 .cab for your card. Delete whatever you have and try this. Remember to soft reset after you install it. Here is the file: http://depositfiles.com/files/k5vdle70p

Question Sdw-821

Did you ever get that to work?
I have the same SD and have it working fine on my x51.
What I downloaded was their CD image
"Release 20061118 Spectec SD WiFi" and in the folder called
"WLANB for WM5.0" are the drivers I use for WM5 / WM6.

I am using wlan11g_CE60.CAB from 2007/10/19 on my X51V running L14.

IIRC, I installed the cab without the card inserted, rebooted, powered off, inserted card, and then powered on and it worked.

Mine will not work unless I insert it while powered off.

Also, sometimes my Axe hangs when I go back to not having it inserted.
