Just briefly:
2: there is an upgrade - the 64MB Chip on the PDA is changed by a 128MB chip.(this is done by special companies) Since this might be a memory problem that would help.

So that means that you experiences this since you installed L11? Or when did you first realize this? Since the other L11 users do not have it it's either your hardware or a program that you installed. So I suggest to do a backup and reflash your device. Then check from the start if the device behaves like that. In my opinion if the problems persists it is your hardware. I would try other ROMs nevertheless. If any ROM works with your device - fine.

I also suggest to install something like WKtask or else to be able to check the tasks faster.
