Do I need to flash from A06 to A12 before running L11 Build 20273

That second link is the official Dell A12 ROM. Its formatted so you can flash it onto the device without having to sync with the PC.

tabatt13, I did it, I used that patch you showed me and now have A12. But I still have Windows Mobile 5 installed. So now I have to follow the steps to install Lenny's 11?

DId it, I went ahead and flashed the ROm with the above Lenny patch. I now have Windows Mobile 6.1

Now that i'm playing around with it. I see I do have Office but it doesn't include Outlook. Can you point me where to get it or do I have to purchase it from MS like their website is telling me too.
