Talking Dell Axim x51 WM6.1 L04 19214 - Alpha1

I used a newer WM6.1 source than the one I used to make the X50 WM6.1 ROM to build/make this X51 WM6.1 ROM. It is a stock ROM using Dell's A12 ROM as its base. So make sure you are at least running WM5 A12 or WM6 L03 before flashing this ROM. I've not tested this ROM at all since I do not have a device. I'm posting it for the brave soul's that would like to test it for me. Once you flash this ROM, I need in depth details on whether it works or not. Error msg's etc... So please post as soon as you have started the flashing process so that others may wait to see what the result is of your flash. And keep this thread updated as it boots or not. I'll probably pull the download down if it does not boot.

Enjoy ! (I Hope!)

Several Times. It was actually stuck to a point the the reset button wouldn't work. I had to pull the battery and let it sit off before I could reflash to WM6.

Ok, downgraded it back to the same SYS I used on X50. Redownload, and test again.

Nope, still doesn't work on the X51. I'll try the X50 build on my x50 in the morning.

Cool

WM 6 works fine for me and is really fast. Unfortunately like the others, 6.1 just sits on the Dell logo screen but is easily flashed back
Thankyou
