I notice on the main screen example above, there are three battery power meters. Do any of those remain visible when you are inside applications?

Yesterday I switched to Football's new ROM A06. It seems that it runs better than Lenny A07. How does your ROM A08 compare to Fottball's A06?
They are almost the same build (19585.1.1.1 vs. 19585.1.1.2)?

Thanks

Football has an "A06" ROM I thought he sold his Axim and stopped his ROM production at A03 or A04.

So far, the tweeks and fixes made by Lenny have made his ROMS a bit more stable and faster. At least in my opinion.

According to the screenshots, his is 19581.1.1.1.... Not 19585... This true?

Also, his has messed up links under system settings. Mine does not as I have fixed them...

Lifehacker has made a test of Football's new ROm and seems to have given it high marks. I just like to know how is your New ROM compared to his:

ROM's performance test: http://forum.ppcwarez.org/viewtopic.php?p=254636#254636

True to his word, Football significantly increased the RAM's speed in this release. Although all other factors remained more or less the same, Football's A05 version scored 784.84 points on the memory benchmark test, while the A06 scored 805.25 points.

I'm actually fixing to update both of these roms. We'll have to wait till lifehacker tests these before we'll know... Should be as good at least.

If you look closely, his thumb is over his right eye and that is his index finger pointing up they make the shape of the letter "L".

A person here in the United States making this gesture to another person is in effect saying that person is a "Looser". That is why the Winke (smilie) represents looser.

Thank ou for the explanation. Then I will be really missing the 2thumbs up winke.

By the way, I have a minor request to the year/day setup, is that possible to set it 2008.01 instead of 2005 something like that.

Question Hi Lenny

Well, thanks for the new ROM. But I´d like to follow up the version differences. Did any of you guys find something about it, like some comparison chart between different 5.2.xxxxx editions?
Thanks

First thing I would do is re-download the image. Almost everytime I have had an update problem it was because the image was a corrupt download.

to all,
may be some benchmarking values are better, but reality is that some functions do not work properly on the football rom...
nothing against him, but i think lennysh´s rom are better tested and all works fine...
again is not a critic to this extraordinary rom creator...
i stay with lennysh...
